Carlex presents itself as an artisanal automotive design house focused on bespoke Mercedes-Benz G-Class creations. Its work centres on meticulous hand-craftsmanship, rare materials, traditional techniques and the belief that lasting value is shaped through time, proportion and disciplined detail.
The Process
True craftsmanship begins where haste ends.
One of One projects use traditional coachbuilding, hand-shaped metal, engraving, relief, patinated leather and precious material detailing. The process is treated less as configuration and more as authorship.
